Cooking Classes with Executive Chef John Reule
The 201 Bistro's Executive Chef is now sharing his love and knowledge of food in this series of cooking classes.
Each class includes explanation and instruction of each dish followed by enjoying what you've cooked paired with an appropriate wine.
